“What child care options are in the area?”

The suburb of Keysborough has seen enormous growth over the last seven years, with a significant surge of 5,516 residents in 2012, to 11,838 in 2019. Luckily for our young families in the Everlea community, this growth has signalled some fantastic developments including a number of reputable child care centres in Keysborough. Closest to Everlea is the beautiful new Bluebird centre only 200m door to door, where parents can enjoy the luxury of walking their little ones to child care each morning.

There are also many other child care centres within close proximity, and parents can select the right option for their children based on the learning formats and centre ideologies that appeal to them most. In addition to the plethora of child care centres in the area, Tatterson Park (1.4km from Everlea) has been named as the Keysborough South Community Hub which will feature playgroups, structured learning and relaxed style child care for community members to partake in.

 

“What are the local primary and secondary schools?”

Perfectly positioned to grow with you and your family, Everlea provides families with the full circle education experience from child care to year 12. Of the various private and public school options available in the immediate area or in neighbouring suburbs such as Springvale South and Dingley Village, Haileybury College is a notable option Located only 750m from Everlea, this highly reputable co-ed school caters for pre-school through to Year 12 and was recognised as the ‘Australia School of the Year’ in 2018 at the Australian Education Awards.

Many young families that have joined the Everlea community have expressed interest in the following local schools: Lighthouse College, Keysborough Primary, Keysborough College (Banksia), Keysborough College (Acacia), Sirius College, Chandler Park Primary, St Mark’s Catholic Primary School, Kingswood Primary School and Dandenong High School.

 

“How many bedrooms should we be looking at for our family”

Like schooling, the number of bedrooms required for a family will vary from family to family. With the recent release of our smaller 3Bedroom townhouses, young families have been drawn to the option of a third bedroom and the opportunity to secure one of these limited townhouses, starting from $685,000. “Is there space for the children to play and explore?”
